Bradley Lynam

Bradley's role at the firm has continued to develop and is now the firm's Operations Officer and assists management in the day-to-day running of our offices.  He has spent several years focused on Contract and Civil Litigation, with much of his experience having been obtained dealing with all matters relating to Debt Recovery.  Bradley has strong knowledge and a good understanding of the Consumer Credit Act, regulated and unregulated debt and existing FCA regulations, alongside the Debt Recovery process' dos and don'ts.  Bradley's keen eye when dealing with finances means that he can assist different types of creditors across debt matters as well as prospective debtor clients.  This financial understanding also makes him a good aide for the family department, where he assists in the financial remedy proceedings, specifically with the Forms E. 

In addition, Bradley's natural flair for all things digital has led to him to taking on our local competitors in the world of marketing and he is our newly appointed Digital Marketing Coordinator - which he undertakes alongside his Operations role.  This work has involved the re-organistaion of social media sites, creation of online content and reporting on multiple site analytics and generating leads.

When not working, Bradley can often be found watching or attending the F1, Rallying or anything car related.
