Dear Mrs Dumbleton
I am delighted to let you know that Will Aid 2014 has now raised nearly £1.7m and donations are still coming in. We have now received a total of £4215 from your office making a total of £10285 from your firm.* Thank you so much for all the help you have given Will Aid.
*cheques received to 30/3/15 and online donations to 20/3/15
If you have any donations still to send in, it would be really helpful if you could forward them to us as soon as possible. We will shortly be preparing the certificate recording the amount your firm has raised and we would like it to reflect as accurately as possible the total achieved by EMD Law Solicitors.
As always, we have been thrilled by the amount that has been raised by our participating solicitors. For the 2014 campaign, solicitors worked harder than ever, seeing a record number of clients. This is particularly impressive when you are often juggling the conflicting demands of fee earning work and the desire to help charity. I very much hope you will feel that it has been worthwhile and that as well as raising vital funds for the charities, you have also been introduced to new clients with whom you can form a long term relationship.
We have already distributed much of the money received to date to the Will Aid charities where it is being put to work on a wide variety of projects which are making a real difference to vulnerable people both here in the UK and around the world.
Just one example is Save the Children’s Born to Read programme which will help 23,000 primary school children in deprived areas. This programme provides volunteers for one-to-one reading support and shows parents how to develop their children’s reading skills at home. Learning to read is fundamental to future life prospects as without this basic skill children face a future of low pay and few job prospects.
Thank you so much for your support and I will be in touch again in April with news about the 2015 campaign and your certificate.
I have used Rajinder's services and expertise in the past and when she moved over to EMD Law mid-case I didn't hesitate to go with her.
Rajinder is totally professional and knows her business well. She is also friendly and was always available to answer any of my daft questions and to put my mind at ease throughout the litigation process. She has a mercurial mind and is as sharp as a tack.
Rajinder has worked hard on my behalf and brought my case to a successful and happy conclusion.
These qualities prompt me to recommend wholeheartedly Rajinder's work and I wish her every success in the future.
I would absolutely recommend the services of EMD Law. I have found them professional and efficient and by using their services instead of trying to handle matters myself they have alleviated a lot of pressure in what has been a very stressful time. I would hope that I wouldn't have the need for a solicitor again but if I find that I should require legal services again then EMD Law would be my first point of contact.
Many thanks again for all your support.
Thank you for all the time and trouble you've taken to organise the sale of 72. Hope your next conveyancing is not as challenging.
Yes thank you for all your care and consideration in communications over this difficult time for all of us! With best wishes.
Best wishes and thanks also to Liz Dumbleton from us both.
